· Click above to download and run the Remote Control session. You will be presented with two options:
o Save - save the program locally, for example, to your desktop
o Run - run the program
· If you opt for RUN, you will have to repeat the step above each time you wish to make contact with our Help Desk
· If you opt for SAVE, then save to your desktop and our HelpDesk in never more that a mouse-click and a telephone call away.
· When you end the Remote HelpDesk Session, the program will uninstall itself from your system. If however, you opted to Save rather than Run, then you can re-engage with out helpdesk by simply double clicking on the saved IKON on your desktop.
